My mother did something similar to this when I was a school child. She didn't use as much meat mind you.. lol she sliced up ham, chopped lettuce, mayo, moz cheese grated mixed all together with s&p then stuffed it into a carefully divided pita bread.. after sitting into the pita bread for a few hours it was super delicious. I can almost taste it as I type this out.

Instead of red wine vinegar and mayo, try putting Italian dressing and balsamic vinegar in it. SO GOOD!
