It's a nice kitchen, but I can imagine that it won't be too long before people think, "That's so Twenties!". I love black and white, but I'd not use it in a room that is so expensive to replace.

You don’t need to change the cabinets if they are in good condition, just change the door and drawer fronts

Those adjustable feet on the cabinets are a great idea. They don't exist in the US and I'm told they would likely violate building codes in the US.

Would have preferred a different color than black. The island top could have been extended to seat people around two or three sides. The room is large enough. The waterfall edge is lovely, though. Is black sink painted stainless steel? TFS

Makeover is fine. The window is not slightly smaller.....it is almost half the original size. Good view got blocked!

Where is the stove extractor fan? I have a stove under the window, and what a mess. Window must be scrubbed regularly but would be much worse without an extractor fan.

Yes it does, the cooktop is induction ie: the black glass top, the oven in under the island, they showed them going in.
