Be careful with this developer! Some of us paid full amount for the River Estate in 2018. The project failed because of insufficient funds. The developer is adamant and unwilling to refund us. Be weary.

Safety can only be confirmed by the relevant authorities. However I know that with mobilised resources and right machinery, the job can be done in 2 years. Tottenham stadium was brought down and rebuilt in 2 years 😉

It is off plan. They want money to build GWG Phase, 5 Usilipe. Utalia. Check out what happened to a similar project in Ngara. They promised to delivery in 2023. It never took off. Phase 5 we have waited 3 years. Yet they promised december 2022.. 😢
