This is literally opp Loreto convent valley road and near the Israeli embassy, to put up a structure on that side you'd need to grab land from a school and an embassy. Even cartels know their limits. My fear of heights means such beauty is wasted on me. My legs loose feeling after 3rd floor, 4th floor and above I start shaking, now imagine someone like me trying to have coffee on that balcony 😂😂😂😂. One thing though, this property is expertly crafted, the finishing... the standard set is high.
