Greddy Type-S BOV Tuning/Adjustment

CHUCHUCHU is either turbo flutter or compressor surge. Per greddys instructions. Your suppose to loosen the Blow Off Valve so air is coming out of it at idle. Then, slowly tighten until no air is coming from the valve. Then your set.

If the valve is recirculating, or your engine does not have a MAF sensor, I think the valve can be open it idle no problem.

Did you manage to get the valve to release the pressure by making the characteristic noise?

Hi. No. I think the sound is only possible when the valve does not release the pressure properly.

@@DriveTuneMedia It's because you left it mounted with the recirculation system. If left open to the atmosphere it will make the whistle. How much did this bov model you are using cost?

Don't know the cost. BOV was on the car already.
