The train looks very nice. Much better than the trains i'm used to in Australia. The room looks nice and cozy, very clean. The streets at night look very cool. That restaurant looks great, delicious food. Interesting name.

amazing views out the windows but trains always beat buses in my book! Thanks for sharing the journey Ben!

Generally yes, in this and a couple future videos you get views from a bus you don't get from a train.

Absolutely loved the journey from Athens to Larissa through your lens! The shift from train to bus really showcased the diverse landscapes Greece has to offer. Your Airbnb tour and the local dinner experience were the cherries on top. It's amazing how you've brought out the essence of Greek culture and hidden gems along the way. Definitely inspired to plan my own adventure. Thanks for sharing this amazing trip and all the useful tips! Keep up the great work 👍

Beautiful itinerary to explore, downtown looks vibrant and your Airbnb is spacious with all the amenities, It would be really nice to stay there and cook also but the food outside is really tempting that one could not resist to dine out. Thanks for sharing informative video of hidden gem to explore

I also love travelling by train. In Europe it's often the best way! I like the place you stayed. Those lights were lovely! Great food!
@AdventuresOfATravelingDon11 ай бұрын
Yeah if only I could've done the train the whole way. Would've made it easier

I never expected to see a traveler / tourist in my home city . Hope you enjoyed . Larissa and its surrounding areas are essentialy the breadbasket of Greece and we are considered to be the hillbillies of Greece. Larissa on its own doesnt have a lot activities for travelers or even its residents but the living conditions are humane. Also Thessaly is a gem if you know your whereabouts.

Hey if they are known as hillbillies then the people of Larissa were the nicest hillbillies I've ever met. The people I met were very welcoming

Great to know how to get from Athens to Larissa. I actually have never heard of Larissa until today. And I have a friend named Larissa and I’m going to have to tell her this is what she needs to do for her birthday next year 😂. Also the pricing of all the food and wine you got was pretty decent.

Did you have any scary situations traveling to Greece by yourself? I am going by myself in March or April of 2025. Great videos on Greece!

I personally didn't. There were a few sketchy areas in Athens itself but, I never had a personal issue.

@@spyrosl9566 it didn't seem to bad a ride. Given there was barely anyone on the train and it also didn't go the whole way due to the landslides earlier that year.
