hey:) greek here, you can visit the islands by ferry(from Piraeus port) or by plane, i usually take the ferry, it is cheaper and comfortable if you are okay with the extra hours

hey:) greek here, Winter in greece is amazing but definitely not in the islands, we have mild winters but there are places like Kalavrita,Arachova etc that are perfect for winter

Depends what you want. They are both awesome. Mykonos has better beaches and you can do a trip to Delos. I suggest go to both!
