I like the lady's comment "The dealers are coming, so what? Let them take it!" That's the way everyone should think. The dealers are the only people that buy my stuff. The other people just look and complain and want it for a quarter.

I see/hear this view all the time. No. If sellers "just want the stuff gone!" they would throw it way. They want to get some of the money they spent for it back.

Dave, at 30:58 you will see a shower clock on a rope. If you ever see those again you need to look them up. I sold a DaliCo clock on a rope for $170. It's a Flavor Flav thing.

Lampshades- in the uk are a really bad idea unless there's proper good value to them. They are big but light so expensive to send

Sorry but there is no way in the world if buy my kids weapons like that that boy didnt look no older than 13 and i xant believe his mom or whoecer she is would even consider it thats just crazy to me and if the kids is going to be that angry over it thats even more confirmation that he wouldnt be responsible with it.

All i kept screaming was Wedgwood Lamps, Wedgwood Lamps!!!! Dave, those Lamps were worth between $500-$800 bucks and that plush was worth very little. Can't believe they were there...😢😢😢

Good chance to teach your kid about life and if you snooze you lose. Emotional intelligence involves being able to handle when things don't go your way without anger. Kid can be disappointed and sad; but anger is never the answer. There's things you can control, and things you cant. Worry about the things you can change. I hope I can teach my kid these lessons. Life will be easier. Hopefully my preteen isnt tryna buy swords either lmao.

That wall display of the 90s donruss cards is the real value. I think it sells for 20 to 30 all day. Those things sell at shopgoodwill for those prices with shipping.

That used to be a great catalog that the dude had gotten the swords from. My younger brother bought a huge final fantasy 7 sword that has to weigh 70 pounds.I would let a kid have a sword if they had experience with axes and sharp objects. When I was a kid I had to keep the woodstove fed. So most days after school in the fall and winter I had to bust wood. This was from 8 to about 16 and I very seldom injured myself. With anything like that though you need respect for the tool or you will get hurt. Getting mad like that the sword purchase probably wouldn't have ended well.

I've enjoyed your content for years..I'm also a dedicated Trash2Cash listener..I've learned a lot, regularly from you and Kevin and occasionally from Kerry, ( from his 1 video every 6 months 😂) ..I do notice you very seldom pay attention to books .I know you do sometimes..like the Robert McCamnon books ( Dawn bought) but ive found some books like Movies, though the majority is worthless, some can be very profitable and very fast sellers.. especially college textbooks..in Rural South East KY where sales can be 30 mins apart you gotta think outside the box and I'll buy every college textbook for $5 or less I can find and 9 outa 10 sell super fast..I'm sure tou know this and you dont show Everything you look at but it seems sometimes you ignore the " book boxes,".. just an observation.. thanks for what you do!

First come, first served. HOWEVER, when I have a sale, I hate it when people show up an HOUR before the sale is to open. The really annoying ones ring the door bell OR they are rushing in and rummaging through while I'm pulling stuff onto the driveway. Same thing happens at swap meets. Give me time to set the stuff out! I price my stuff comparable to what I see listed online and at thrift stores. I am NOT going to give it to you for 1/2 price so YOU can resell it. I'll throw it away first.

You did nothing wrong. You jumped on a great deal. But, he's also just a kid. I'm not going to fault a kid for not being mature enough to handle disappointment. Hopefully he'll learn and mature. On the other hand, if he was an adult, then that's a problem.
