The first time my mother in law made these for me she thought I ate 15 of them in one night. It wasn’t until the next night she caught her German shepherd jumping on the lounge chair to get up on the counter and steal all the melomakarona.😂

Very interesting and I have to ask, why do you add the baking soda in the wet ingradients and not in the dry? I've never done it that way before.
