What part of Hellas is this supposed to be from? I've had saganaki and this isn't correct.

@@myrdraal2001 ​ Hi & sorry I just saw your comment...So this is how saganaki is made, it's essentially a fried feta cheese and it gets its name from the dish. You can do it with flour ..the simplest way, but this way in the video is also correct. They do it everywhere in Greece in taverns as μεζε which means appetizer.

Very interesting, never tried even if I stayed in Greece many times! I learned there to bake feta with chili and tomatoes also a very good appetiser

I’m not sure I like feta cheese or bleu cheese that much. But I love the concept! Could I use any cheese I want? …..like Brie or soft cheese like that? …Or what about cheddar or Gouda? Mmmmm……Gouda……. A little more honey, please!!……..🤣

Feta is Hellenic. The rest that you ask about are either French or English. Try what you like. The person that made this video did because saganaki isn't made with feta.

Ok I'm from Wisconsin we do cheese but that's just overdoing it you're literally just eating seed covered cheese with honey and you fried it first no thanks.
