Hesiod said Hephaestus is Zeus' son, others says he's only Hera's because it was a revenge for Zeus giving birth to Athena... Maybe it was Zeus the one who threw it or maybe it was Hera. The only thing that matters is knowing all the parts of the story. You can believe whatever you like most ☺️
