Cracking work here uh Huey and yeah, even the secondary cuts are through the roof pricewise nowadays with our local meat joint selling chuck at $24.99/ kg... Nothing better than a lamb forequarter when done correctly and agree, the Greeks know what they're on about... Can't say I've ever tried one of their goon offerings but with this one at Uncle Dan's for $17.10 a schooner, might be worth a crack

Great simple dish quick and easy to make. Could take it up a few levels just searing the lamb pieces before putting them in. Giving the onions a bit of color in a pan. Reducing the juices for a sauce once the lamb and veg have been plated up. If you have the extra time that is :D

It is not supposed to be seared. This is more in the style of an Irish Stew when the lamb is poached.
