I just confirmed about this place and the theme, in Genesis 35: 1, Mikha, 4:8, John 1: 29, and in related with Mishnah Shekalim 7:4, (I have no book). How important this place for the Jews, and how difficult to get it back and look after it till now...may be Jesus Christ was born near the migdal eder, or in...I have no idea...could you please tell us, Mr. Zahi, suppose you can reach the place someday....
