For the dough
1 egg
80 g orange juice (fresh)
20 g ouzo
a pinch of baking soda
1-2 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
300 g soft flour
some corn starch
For the syrup
200 ml of water
150 g of sugar
100 g honey
1/2 cinnamon stick
orange peel
