INGREDIENTS
2 cups water (added to the pot)
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 or 2 cinnamon sticks or leaves
4 - 5 green bananas
1 cup water (to blend with the bananas)
1 1/2 - 2 tbsps coconut flour, oats flour or allpurpose flour
Grated nutmeg to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste
2 1/2 tsps vanilla
1 - 1 1/2 cup Oat or coconut milk
sweetened condensed coconut milk or brown sugar to taste
