This is very helpful. My wife and I had just had our adjustment of status of interview. And it didn’t go well. I am expecting a stokes interview because my wife has ADHD and forgot some answers. We have an attorney on the case and I am worried. This is helpful thank you. I am trying my best to prepare, but it’s difficult with my wife’s ADHD but she is not currently on treatment.

My husband and I just went to this interview a month ago, the officer explained what happened I explained that was not our case at all and he said he was going to approve our case. Still waiting for my husband green card.

If someone is married to a US citizen for 5 plus years and the immigrant has a social security number but just unable to work or do a thing what do they need to do to get a green card? Does the US citizen need to file for it?
