So true. This man doesn't want any attention or fame or whatever, but he's got Billie Joe's back for almost 30 years. Whenever someone mentions how Jason is so underrated, there will be some so-called OG Green Day fans appearing and saying that "but he is not even a member of Green Day". I mean, man, who the hell cares about that anymore? I'm pretty sure Jason White himself doesn't even care. I love this man so much and I'm happy that Billie has him as a life long close friend in both private life and music career.

@Anubhab Rout I felt that the induction was the reason of him returning to be a touring member. Given the fact that the three of them will be forever remembered for everything they have done since 1991, he probably did not find much of a purpose to continue being a full-time member. I feel that he is under-appreciated the same way the other touring members are. He definitely should be appreciated more for the hard work he has done since 1999.

@@Loner_Kun It is always great to have a little help, but it felt strange to add him as an official member in 2012 rather than just have him as an additional musician to record the trilogy. Throughout their success from 1991 to 2009, I felt that they were entirely fine on their own without the need to add any more members to the band. However, we all know that from this day, "Green Day" will be forever remembered as just the three of them.
