I have been getting into a lot of Green Day lately, I have most of there albums I found a really good deal at a local shop, it was all of Green days Studio albums from 1990-2009 for $31 it was such a a good deal, it came in a box set which is AMAZINGGGGGG...PS- love your collection.

Because at the time music was kinda dying and nobody was buying CDs or vinyl that much and since I seen warning more of a experiment album with new styles on it, could've made it to were people pass on it, so it's not the fact that people hate it, it's more of the fact of the era it came out in

1. 'Vinyl' is the plural of 'vinyl'. 'Vinyls' isn't a word. 2. Vinyl is only the medium of listening, like CD or digital. The actual item is called a 'record'. 3. You're supposed to OPEN and LISTEN TO the records. There's no point in buying and not using them. I mean, you're taking limited edition records out of the hands of consumers who might actually use them for their intended purpose.

TheDOMAN127 I'm a collector, that's what we do. Limited editions are mostly for collectors. The regular consumers who just want to listen to the music can just get the standard if that's all they want to do or just buy the CD. I also buy action figures and keep them in the original packaging.. Am I a dick for not opening them and playing with them?

***** You have no idea what a collector does, do you? A collector uses the item. I'm a collector as well, and I know that it pisses me off when I want a limited edition release and it sells out, only for me to find that people like you have them gathering dust and being useless.

+TheDOMAN127 I'm sure she listens to the music, the point of buying records is to support your favorite artists and have a more personal connection with them, not just mp3's. It´s better to listen to other format and keep the records intact. The only thing I find a little bit strange is to have a special colored record and don't even look at it. I can't keep things on mint condition, but that are the ones that have more value to collectors. So she is a real collector in the end.
