The same goes for recording it with the proper orientation so they didn't have to constantly pan back and forth recklessly to keep showing a larger portion of the crowd while having two thirds of the screen filled with the ceiling and the heads/backs a few feet in front of the camera.

I wasn't there but i was in green day concert in my country and there was this kind of sing along too. There wasn't even any mention about that people should sing along to this, no one asked for it, nothing at all. It just happened. :D This is a song where almost everyone knows the lyrics to and there is just some magic in this song that makes everyone sing it wherever and whenever they hear it. I love bohemian rhapsody, it's an epic awesome song that should be an anthem of the whole world :D

good times!!! cant wait to see them for a third time! when that riff comes in and everyone started moshing was brilliant... and green day hadn't even started playing!!! for me that was the biggest moment of unity in my life. where my seat was I could see green day backstage and billie was jogging on the spot and doing warm ups while it was on. This was a moment that will stay with me for years and years. This was my first ever concert and to be part of the crowd on that night is something I'm going to treasure for the rest of my life. The fans were brilliant 70k+ people singing this was Astonishing. Freddy I salute you sir for this truly wonderful song. On top of that green day was incredible, but anyways rest in peace Freddy. I was in the seats in General Admission ie the first ten rows or so, and from reading the forums etc we knew to expect Bohemian Rhapsody, so we all stood up to sing the moment it started. I don't think I sat down again all night.

I were at this gig and it should have been my little brother's 18th birthday but he died a few months earlier. The family atmosphere of the crowd and the true love between people made a hard day so much easier. It took ten years for me to finally see Green Day live and it was probably one of the most important nights of my life, so thanks not only to the band, but to all the people in the crowd as well. Amazing, absolutely incredible. This song literally brings people together. Queen's music will never die out. It just does something to crowd of people that is pure magic. They did say that Freddie used to be able to "hold a crowd in the palm of his hand". And this song did exactly that!
