No one talks about how solid and cool is the rock & roll solo on this song.

Omgee, this is live from England, from the 21st December 1991. I'm from England and that is my birthday! So this took place in my country exactly 4 years before I was born. Awesome :D

Green Day is the best bands to come out of the 90's. I know Pearl Jam or Nirvana is often cited the best but sorry, it's Green Day.

dragonslayerofthedam agreed. Look at them. It's unbelievable, but they're still going strong 25 years later...and were just inducted into the Rock & Roll HOF. How cool is that?

Juliet's trying To find out what she wants, but she don't know Experience has got her down Well, look this direction I know it's not perfection, it's just me I wanna bring you up again, now 'Cause I'm losing what's left of my dignity A small price I'll pay to see that you're happy Forget all the disappointments you have faced Open up your worried world, and let me in Juliet's crying Well now, she's realizing love can be Filled with pain and distrust I know I am crazy And a bit lazy, but I will try To bring you up again, somehow 'Cause I'm losing what's left of my dignity A small price I'll pay to see that you're happy Forget all the disappointments you have faced Open up your worried world, and let me in Juliet's crying Well now, she's realizing love can be Filled with pain and distrust I know I am crazy And a bit lazy, but I will try To bring you up again, somehow 'Cause I'm losing what's left of my dignity A small price I'll pay to see that you're happy Forget all the disappointments you have faced Open up your worried world, and let me in

this is how a punk band should write songs about feelings. okay, no one can be a teenager forever, but some people can be depressed and angst-ridden at any given moment in their lives. that's why I think the "new" Green Day pales in comparison to this one I see here.

@jeesuf9513 жыл бұрын
@brigister Yeah they could play in rooms like jail celler or writing songs like the ones from 1039/ smoothed out slappy hours and i think they would be fantastic but i also think that Punkrock developes. I think no one would take Green Day serious if they would sing only about drugs and Girls like a teenager would, today. I saw them in Mainz and BJ said that there's always a new group of Kids which will keep the punk culture alife. Green Day is a Part of Punkrock history and everything they d

I think whatsername97 might have meant that it would be amazing to see Green Day in their early day's, not because 'their not as good' (as incorrecltly claimed) but because it would've been awesome to see them progress to what they have become, plus they would've had a greater chance of meeting them :)

...do is an addition to the developement of Punkrock. But they're no Kids today and so we have to wait for this new group BJ spoke about in Mainz/Germany ( Look at Green Day in Mainz/ She), a band which will be GD's heir. I think Punk is a Culture which helps Teenagers, which are aimless, frustrated and Outcasts to find pride and something to belong. Green Day has grown out of this, the Punk has helped them to be that what they are and now GD sais thank you by develope the Punk. So don't wor
