i heard the sweet children renamed themselves in may 1989 so this isn't REALLY shortly afterwards. did you know: green day's first performance under that name was the same gig as op ivy's last performance... actually they played one more time afterwards but that wasn't public so it doesn't count.

@ZakkandtheJ No way, man. Tre's way better. I've rarely seen him mess up in live performances. John took ages to get "Dry Ice" right, and in "Going to Pasalaqcua" he dropped the drumsticks twice. In the studio album he goes out of time every now and then.
