It is so moving when artists actually feel emotional from their work. Long live, Billie Joe

I was too 'cool' in 2004 to understand the true feeling of love and loss and how Billie gave it his all to reach out to those who have done so. This song makes me cry every time once the bridge kicks in. 😊

it might be bc that part in the song has the highest notes and i think it’s harder for him to hit them now that he’s older

Just saying. You are so lucky to see Green Day in what ever form. In a small venue. Us here don’t get that
@TimBracken2 ай бұрын
Oh yes, totally, I felt incredibly lucky. This was such an impossible ticket. It sold out in seconds. And there were no resale tickets because of the way they required the original purchaser's photo ID to enter. Which is why I made a point of sharing so many videos. I wanted to give everyone else a chance to enjoy this rare and special experience.
@TheSkysTheLimit902 ай бұрын
@@TimBracken well thank you for sharing. It truly was a special moment. & I really think the no resale was a good idea. Hopefully that kinda thing can stop scammers.

Three guitar players ? When did Green Day become Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I googled it - buddy in the back has been with them since 2019.
@kristianjohnsen799523 күн бұрын
Since 2004. There have been quite a few players behind Jason. Jason Freese play everything and he is still regular. He played guitar on a few songs. From 2009-2019 Jeff Matika was backing Billie for rhythm guitars. He was fired and after that Kevin Preston joined. Recording is with multiple layers, you need to be able to express that on stage. I am not a fan of three guitar permanent in a band, but you need that to play certain stuff live
