I saw someone mod the new Hasbro Goblin to have the clear lenses. It’s dead on Alex Ross Goblin and I kinda wish Hasbro went that route, then I’d definitely buy it even as I’m happy with the Toybiz one I own.

Still prefer the toybiz goblin. Despite it being too short the proportions are not all that bad compared to other toybiz figures. The sculpt and paint is just dead on classic green goblin. I prefer the colors on it compared to the really bright hasbro one. But MAANN your repaint makes the head on it look AWESOME.

My only gripe with the ToyBiz Goblin was the fact that they glued the pumpkin bomb to his hand. Would love atleast an alternative hand for him, otherwise this is the definitive classic comic Goblin!

yes. we need modern raimi figures. if xmen is anything we should wait till 2022 for lots of new merch like pops and figures. maybe stuff like mafex, figuarts or mezco could have a go. or even a hot toy remaster. heres what i would do for marvel legends (feel free to comment changes) single carded spider-man with lots of stuff. monster sandman baf green goblin mary jane (don't know what outift) new goblin ( with james franco head and scarred head aswell) j jonah jameson venom (topher grace head and neck attachment to have the crawly stuff) black suited spider-man with unmasked emo head two packs human spider and bonesaw damaged green goblin, 2002 suit with no damage apart from head to have the 02 suit. plus a non damaged head deluxe doc ock with bendy tentacles. sandman with lots of effects legendary riders peter parker and moped

That's what I keep saying on shartimusprime's vids lol. But I my opinion all we need is Peter, raimi suit Spider-Man, Harry, MJ, Green goblin, Otto and Venom. It could just be a standard wave. As long as we get new raimi figures.

Honestly, I'd go with the toy biz version, it has the superior head portray, a longer bennie (I know its not a Bennie but I don't know what else I'm supposed to call it) I also like the darker colors, they're more accurate to the comic. And he has the superior pumpkin bomb. It has nice paint to it, the face on it looks great, and its not bland like hasbros retro green goblin. And with the finger clamping action you can make expressions with his hand. Sure its very limited, all you can do is the fist, and wide opened hand expression. But it still works nonetheless, and the glider actually comes with a base which you can REMOVE from. And it helps with stopmotion. So you is for the win! The retro green goblin is a great replacement! But if I had to choose one I'd go with the toy biz and sell the retro green goblin.

​@Stillfigurineout that's the difference, they actually took the time in their craftsmanship with the details and paint schemes as well as sculpts . You would just get so much more with toybiz .

Lmao Norman has waves. Up until like 2017 I had no idea what his haircut was called. I would also absolutely love to see a live action rendition of marvels or spiderman: blue with all the Alex ross renditions of the characters. That would be absolutely spectacular. Anyways, love the videos! I'm a huge fan👍

I honestly think you should repaint the new hasbro one darker like the toybiz and swage the bags to have a bit of a different look if you are using the hasbro hobgoblin and vola perfect green goblin.

Is it possible to headswap the toybiz green goblin on the new retro wave green goblin? I've always been curious to see what it would look like, but apparently it's never occurred to anyone who happens to own both figures

It's because the Toy Biz head is very slim in comparison to the Hasbro body and you'd have to do some hefty modifications to it. The Hasbro head in terms of shape is pretty fantastic anyway.

@@VADtoys makes sense. Idk, me personally, I always thought they did a better job with the eyes on the toybiz Goblin and thought it'd be easier to just swap the heads. Also, taking the hands and feet from the Toybiz Goblin because they're a bit more articulated. Again, it's pretty much just "hm, I wonder how it'd look with this and that, etc."

I honestly prefer the ML goblin because the proportions on the toybiz is not for me
