The Rash will naturally heal over time. To speed up the healing process it's recommended to place a bandage with antihistaminic properties such as an Lily Dressing or Honey Dressing to the affected area.

Lilly bandages to cure rash and save the coal to the waterfilter and agains the ants you will need a torch if you get wounded (cuts) you can use ants as stitches. the series is amazing. Love from Ecuador!!

While at the fish camp go across the river, up the hill to an abandoned camp to learn bamboo house, campfire bamboo bow and torch. There is a cave up there too.

The caves are pretty cool. On your way you should check out the check out the truck wreck that i think is like around the middle of the map. Or the plane crash if you can find it. I believe one of the caves have part of a plane crash in front of it. I may be wrong so if anyone with more knowledge than myself know, point glock in the right direction.

Try to find aloe vera and make a paste. Grows in tropical climates and here in Brazil is found virtually everywhere. It is a good medicinal plant for inflammations, bruises and so on IRL so I think that in the game must be too.

Rashes are healed with honey dressings or just let time pass. I usually just leave them be it doesn’t effect you too bad. There’s a metal bidon you can find by a wreck, I’m not quite sure of the coordinates, but you’ll get some snacks and all. I’m sure someone else in the comments might know the coordinates, and then anaconda island is an amazing place to get some building blueprints. A cave will have your log bed blue prints. The wiki has all the coordinates you’ll need to find these things without giving you to much info.

To cure the rash, you would need a like a thing called lily bandage. Is one of the many different bandages that come with the game it’s the one where you harvest the purple flower one and you usually leave from there or around it.

At the river port you don't have to build a hut to save. There's a calendar at one of the walls (frames) of the camp. Find it and save there ;)

You can't cure the rash instantly but you can use a Lilly bandage (Which Speeds up Recovery) you can make it by combining a leaf bandage and a Lilly (Purple Flower Plant) although i'm not sure where exactly they grow
