Green salad

Ingredients for Salad:

- Cucumbers: 2 medium
- Celery: 100 grams
- Tomatoes: 150 grams
- Avocado: 1
- Green onions: 50 grams
- Parsley: 50 grams
- Feta cheese: 50 grams
Instructions for Salad:
1. Wash and chop the vegetables: Wash and chop the lettuce, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and parsley into suitable pieces.
2. Combine ingredients: Mix all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
3. Add feta cheese: Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixture.
Ingredients for Dressing:
- 5 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions for Dressing:
1. Combine ingredients: In a small bowl, combine 5 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 clove of minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
2. Mix the dressing: Stir the ingredients well until you get a smooth dressing.
Serving the Salad:
1. Add the dressing: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently mix to ensure the dressing covers all parts of the salad.
2. Serve the salad: Transfer the salad to a serving dish and serve immediately.
