what i like to do is to set up the camera and lighting FIRST. Because then i actually know which parts need more details and which dont need as much. And also working from foreground to background for the same reason

would there be any way to make the actors be turned into some sort of projection mesh so you can have a slightly more 3d effect for camera moves that may go from one side to another? I'm currently trying to figure this out as I dont have a camera operator for a personal project but i want to get some moving shots so the video isn't super boring, I know there'll be limitations of course whenever working with a 2d element but I'm wondering if you have found any way to do this?

You can try using a moving camera when filming on the green screen then track the camera in Blender. Might be the most practical way to go that without having a CG double

hi I loved it and trying copy your film set in one of our music video .. but I don't know why my green screen footage look washed out in Blender . any suggestions please ..

Sometimes if the keying is not done properly the footage can seem washed out. What camera did you use to film? If it was lower resolution then that could also be the issue. Lighting also plays a big role. Make sure to color grade everything so it blends.

How do u match the cut to the actual music?
@purpleparkstudios4124 Жыл бұрын
It takes a bit of planning to make sure everything is optimized for efficiency especially when compositing green screen footage into a 3D environment. A few more steps than a normal music video. I may make a video on it eventually since there are a few different ways to go about it. In the meantime just make sure your green screen footage starts at the beginning of the song. You can render multiple takes from within Blender and then treat all the takes like you would a regular music video when comping in AE, Premiere, or Resolve

You film it with a camera in front of a green screen
