I’m going to publish a new , feature-length video and eBook that will efficiently guide folks with crazy work/life schedules through a month-long green drink cycle. The new 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge for Busy People will be just like the previous challenge, but completely different. 🕺 What I mean by that is... Thanks abundantly Sir for the film, May I know if you use the juices as indicated and shown for 30 days, it means your body will be slim and heathly, is it for 30 days only therafter you continue to eat normally or you should continue to drink the juices as per indicated days?

Sergei, I've been doing green smoothies every other day but need to make it an everyday routine. There is one issue I have and this may or may not be a problem for some but...much of the fresh, sweet and tangy fruits that do the job of masking the bitterness of the greens are only in season in the summer months such as melons, berries, peaches, nectarines, etc. I know you can get these frozen at your local grocer but they are not sweet. What do you suggest?

+Bob Jamer Yes this can be an issue. Yet, there is still sweet fruit to be found year round. I tackled this subject in several of my 30 day green smoothie challenge videos. If do the 30 day challenge, I'm confident that you will learn some great new recipes and learn some tricks for buying tasty food (even when it's out of season).

Perhaps what others can do as they are reading this, we can all compile a list and share our favorite sweeteners or flavors, that are as natural as possible, to our smoothies. I can think of 3 right now that I add to my fruit. This can be according to one's own taste buds. I like 1. Cinnamon - In powder form 2. Stevia Powder 3. Medjool Dates, with the seeds removed. The seeds don't grind up very well. Even with our trusty Vitamix :) I'll add about one or two, cause they are very sweet. Anyone else?

+Diane Marr Thanks Diane. I shop @ the big box stores such as Sam's Club and discovered they have mixed fruits portioned and frozen in big bags. I think Dole is the company that does it. However, when my wife told me that their not sweet I became discouraged :( We have been getting our strawberries and other fruits all summer long @ Sprouts which is a natural foods grocer and they've always had the best selection. The few farmer's markets they have are during the week and I have to work. Finding those containers that don't have the damaged ones we have to catch 'em early :)

your right about the fruit, it is apple season in the fall and bananas will work as well, not as tasty as mellons but they do make a nice smoothie.
