You was around when we used Massey 135 for everything on the farm in Suffolk hauling wheat barley even sugar beet had to steer with the wheel brakes lol 😂cause the front wheels were always off the ground I love harvesting sunflowers apart from blowing the combine off with sunflower dust to stop it from burning up

We have 3000 hector of sunflower put we leave them a lot longer the moisture drops in Russia we have special Sunflower Headers But very very little pigeons sometimes that will be a little bit eaten but not much

I've never seen sunflowers being combined before and they looked as clean as any bulk deliveries I've seen in an a bird feed mill near Leyland. Seen a couple of 73 plate cars and about 10 trucks locally. The baby case looks well on a big trailer 😂 Feeling 95% just back from holiday and ready to get back to joinery tomorrow 💪

Was at the West Grinstead Ploughing Match yesterday and Nemo's brother was there with a nice shiny 73 plate ( also you won the merch contest against Tom P, Crawford and Sheep Game - 7 to you, 5 to Tom and 2 each for Crawford and Cammy). I have also seen a couple of Range Rovers plus several MGs (electric things). Talking to a sales director for a local car dealership - they have got plenty of orders for electric cars, just a massive delivery backlog - they would have love to have delivered plenty of 73 plates but are having to wait for them to turn up

-50% Been combining for a week and a half or at least tried to. Not easy when the harvester develops a personality that is prone to break. Last year we had bumper crops and no issues, this year we have 60-70% loss in crop and machine failure like I have never experienced in my 38 years of farming. It is downright depressing seeing and hearing combines going on the fields, while trying to fix stuff in order to get the harvester going before the rain comes down again.

If I could afford to, I'd be tempted to get the other Ex-british sugar 585XL at Bownes to use as my "go to" vheicle for local journeys, on account of the new 20mph speed limit here in Wales which looks to be the 585's top speed. It's under 3500 kg gross so should be legal to drive for non-agricultural purposes on a car licence should it not?
