You helped me kill Carpenter Bees/Bore Bees using a $16 can of spray after an expensive Exterminator treatment failed to kill a single Bee. For the ppl in the comments…it’s also a good idea to use clear plastic storage bins instead of boxes. Bedbugs can make a home out of cardboard but they usually don’t make a home in plastic plus with it being clear yuh can’t see anything on or in it better :) good luck

Honestly most of my life growing up these horrors been causing me insufferable paranoia and annoyance, due to my grandfather inability to wash his clothing after job sites at homes. Smart. I’m moving in a year for college and have been dealing with these monsters for a year. We can’t afford to treat them since I had a recent major surgery. I refuse to take any furniture with me, if I have to I’ll use student loan money to buy my furniture. Only taking clothes and my items I’m attached to after they’ve all been treated properly. Just want too say thank you for the wealth of information, it has been so valuable in helping us fight a infestation before we moved. We did end up tossing some things like a few mattresses and a couple of peices of wood furniture and a couple of other random items but in all fairness some of the items were old and proubley were due too be tossed anyways so it’s ok we will replace some of it and we have less room so not all.

Have you ever bug bombed In a uhaul in the heat ? I haven't ever before and I wanted to know precautious tips and tricks and also if it's safe due to fuel in the truck and how to care for the items after if it needs to be done more than once in the truck and if it'd like 81 degrees outside if it's safe to set it off in the truck without it possibly blow up the can is my fear honestly ( don't know if that's a ignorant thing to say or not )

You can’t treat electronics. After treating sofas, beds and recliners I would pay very close attention to the new apartment you move into just in case you take bed bugs with you, the new location will be treated as well

Hi I’m moving out of my apartment, my neighbour has an infestation however I have only found one bug at a time in my unit. I’ve steamed my furniture, heat treated my textiles and used Insectagone all around the baseboards and furniture. I haven’t found any bugs since and was wondering if this is a sufficient treatment. I have cats so using chemicals isn’t really feasible for me.

Any advice for getting them out of a metal bed frame? I have one of those Zinus metal frames, so I can take it apart. But it's got these velcro strips on both sides to hold the slats down, but I've actually found the bed bugs UNDER and INSIDE between the slat and the velcro, I'll steam and spray, but a couple months later I'm getting bit again. I live in a studio, so my area to treat isn't as bad as people with 1-2 bed or houses. My mattress is pretty much free of bugs, it's got a seal on it. So do my pillows. We also have an old service box in the bathroom (takes a skeletal key to open) and neither me or the property manager has keys to it and I've seen bugs crawling out of where the hinges are so I duct taped it. I also have a pretty drafty front door and I know my neighbor has had bed bugs. I've only lived here for a year and everything I had was new :(

Make him remove all of his clothes before he gets into the flat, put them in a plastic bag and run to the laundry room and wash everything in 60s and dry on highest heat!!! Luggage should be boiled into the bathtub, shoes can be froxen

Would putting everything in black trash bags in the hot son on our back concrete work? Leave things in my husband's vehicle to get hot? Can I wipe down any toiletries they bring in with rubbing alcohol? Will that work?? It's my husband and 3 older children.... LOTS of stuff coming home tomorrow evening. I'm feeling ill about it all. Hello , I’m in the middle of moving and I have lots of lots of lots of clothes and shoes and they’re going to be in storage for a good minute and I do not want them to get ruined I know there’s something about like starfishes or something fish and then there’s cockroaches there’s so many other bugs that can get into clothes and shoes I’m really really worried how can I go about unpacking my clothes and shoes that are brand new prevent them again getting ruined by any bugs termites
