Same, I’m bipolar and the past few months have been extremely difficult for me. Keeping a tank has been extremely beneficial for me. I started a reef tank in August and today on a whim bought a freshwater and some plants. It’s so relaxing to plan out, build, and nurture something and see it grow. If you don’t have a tank I’d definitely recommend keeping one in a place you spend a lot of time in.

I was searching for a video of myself, and I'm happy to come across Josh Sim. Even though it's been ages since I maintained an aquarium. He's entertaining, and has a soothing voice that complements his skill and professional honesty very effectively. The sound & video guys really did very well with the whole video too. Host: "You are covering the background" Josh Sim: "Shifts the background paper" 😂

You're welcome Pedro, glad you like the vid, yeah, it has the usual length. We'll have a longer tutorial with Josh the next week - the vid is coming a bit later though, because of your Japan trip.
