Based on this scene in the anime King is really hurt, he was barely able to do anything to defend himself from Greenbull, we don't even see the flames on King's back. Queen couldn't even use his devil fruit powers for more than a few seconds, (In the manga we didn't see him do anything) I would said based on this portrayal both of them are at less than 50%. Even though, seven days passed it doesn't seem like King and Queen had access to a doctor, everyone forgets that Chopper is around and was able to treat Zoro, Luffy, and Sanji. Not only Chopper, but Miyagi and that nurse mink that's the equivalent of a full healthcare team on the samurai's side. We don't know if anyone in the remnants of Kaido's army is a doctor, and Queen is more of a mad scientist. I almost forgot Marco, and Law so that's a total of 4 doctors + a confirmed nurse on the alliance side.

When the manga chapter came out, it was clear to anyone with a brain that King and Queen were still very injured. And yet, some insanely stupid people were claiming that they weren't. It's very satisfying to see them make it VERY clear in the anime and see people who lack reading comprehension get shit on. Would they have beat Greenbull if they were healthy? No. Would it have been this easy if they were healthy? Also no. That is the point.
