I hate that as a Russian, i feel i can understand 65-70% of Serbian. But not enough to coverse fluently with a Serb. Like something special within a grasps reach, but not enough to hold on.

I think the definition of the term language and "dialect" is often blurred. Russian seems to be on the one end of the Slavic spectrum.​@filipmiocic5184
