There was lots to see in this heritage village🫨. It is so well maintained that it is almost like a open air museum👍. I can imagine it costs quite a bit to run, too. The railway yards were great and really interesting 🙂. My favourite was the pioneer village with all the time period buildings, shops and classic Ford vehicles ❤️. It was great to see Henry Ford's humble childhood house. Great video, Serge 💯. Really captivating 👌. I hope you and Helene are well 😀. Big hugs and kisses 💋 😘 🥰❤️

Thanks karen & Laurie 👩❤️👨 Yes it sure must cost a lot to maintain this outside living village 🤑🤑🤑 We we’re like kids that day discovering…I love the atmosphere that those old Ford T cars were making us live …seeing them running everywhere was amazing! We were thrown back 100 years ago 😳 We could’ve spent the whole day there but we had to visit also the inside museum in one day . We could’ve spent 2 days visiting both attractions for sure . The train 🚂 yard did fascinate me a lot , I used to play with electric trains with my older brother when I was about 7 and 8 years old, we had a layout in one room at home . We are doing fine …having another snow storm with about 20 cm that’s supposed to fall until late this evening. Thanks so much Silvia you are so kind 🥰 if ever you want I could send you a Google Earth 🌎 file with ou itinerary where you could see many places we have went and make your own itinerary on Google Earth 🌎 😉👍 . You will only need to download the application of Google Earth 🌎 first and then open my file in it . You will see our itinerary and then you could choose your own path . I have done all my road trips with Google Earth 🌎 and a trick to discover new places once you have your itinerary done is to open the " Pictures " filter so you see all pictures that people’s have added into places …so if you see a lot of them at the same place it may mean that there’s something interesting to see there . It’s such a great planning tool …you can also once you have pinned places figure how much time it takes between the pinned places you have created …I could go on and on about this great tool which is Google Earth 🌎 You can also look into our videos to have a better idea also like you said …Lol!🤣 It took me about 6 months of planning to do this 3 months road trip …the 5 years to edith all the videos that I uploaded…the end is coming at the end of May so still about 3 months of videos left .

I've now learned *'bonjour la tous'* (I'm always happy when I hear the greeting, because now it's relaxing-time) as a greeting in your videos (my first French sentence and it stays that way). Another very informative travel report from you two. The glassblowers and the roundhouse= 👍👍👍 That was always hard work and not as clean as in the museum. At 12:37 min the sound of the machine is excellent.
@SergeCousineau Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Harald glad you enjoyed this second part of three … I see you started learning French …Lol! 🤣🤪 That’s great ! But it’s " bonjour à tous " not "la" . Enjoyed seeing the rest of the living museum. So much to see in Greenfield. We love watching glassblowers. Where Bill grew up they are known for Steuben Crystal so we have had several opportunities to see them work. It's amazing. Love that train mural that was turned 3D on the wall. They had so many interesting pieces in the train/locomotive section. I never really thought about it until watching your video, but most of Henry Fords ideas on the first car must have come from a working knowledge of a train engine. The Sir John Bennett clock was so pretty. Henry Ford had a bike shop at one time. I had forgotten about that. Love all the old vehicles taking people around. Loved seeing his childhood home and grandfather's barn. They have created such a sweet village for exploring. Enjoyed. Be safe, Bill and DeAnna

Thanks so much DeAnna & Bill It’s not finish yet still part 3 coming next Monday 🤪 Yes seeing the glass blowers is so much fun and interesting to see we love it also . I also love the part of the train shop it was also so clean so much locomotive also there and going underneath was so cool to see . Yes the Sir Bennett clock was nice …to bad we didn’t have enough time to go into each buildings it would’ve been so nice. The house you saw of Henry Ford childhood was really nice to see indeed but the red barn was built by his father 🤪not his grandfather . It’s also the Wright Brothers who had a bicycle store to finance the construction of their planes 🤪 …Yes it was so much fun to see the old Ford T running everywhere it created such a wonderful atmosphere. Hope you are doing fine my friend and wishing you a wonderful week Serge H&S 👩❤️👨🌈🇨🇦

As you said some time ago this really is a great place to visit. I like watching glass being worked and the roundhouse surrounding the turntable was full of wonderful engines. On one visit to the US we experienced a roundhouse in Scranton which was completely roofed in. A huge steam engine entered the roundhouse to use the turntable. That was a magical sight, sound and smell. There really is something exciting about steam engines. The info about the Wright Brothers and then the home of the Ford family were also so interesting to see. I enjoyed the old vehicles driving around the streets too. This was a really great trip that you took. Best wishes once more from us both.

Good morning Jennifer and thanks for coming over and watch To answer your question you need 2 parts and it’s from the "Ram Mounts " company I am joining you the 2 links for the parts, you may find it a bit expensive but it’s the best according to me …maybe you could also find a distributor around your place or order it by internet at the company directly…there’s maybe some charges for delivering??? rammount.com/products/ram-b-202-gop1-201u rammount.com/products/rap-b-224-1u Good luck and let me know how it turned out 😉👍 Have a great day Serge H&S 👩❤️👨🌈🇨🇦
