That was lovely that all the family had arrived to celebrate your return after your great adventure. Even the weather was fine for your return to Quebec. Ivor, I am sure, appreciates just how much work went into editing and creating the videos. Hopefully it was enjoyable too. I am not surprised you wish to take a (hopefully short) break from creating these. I have not seen the first videos of the series and some of your other destinations. I hope to make time to view some of these soon. I am well aware of how much planning can go into these trips but that can also be fun. The anticipation can be so enjoyable in itself. Our biggest expenditures on our eight week trip were the flights and car rental which are always a bit of a hurdle but costs are generally cheaper than we endure at home when we do hit the road. I am sure you will never forget the wonderful adventures you and Helene were able to share. Thanks for sharing these times with us. Robert & Ivor.

Thanks so much for watching the end of our trip we appreciate so much and we also appreciate reading you 👩‍❤️‍👨 We didn’t expect this surprise from our children and grandchildren …they helped us to unpack and my son-in-law did a big salmon in the oven for supper. We were into tears 😭 seeing all of them and holding my last granddaughter in my arms was priceless 🥰 During this trip we never had a full day of rain only a few days and a few hours …we hardly could believe it! And when it rained we were on the road traveling with the camping trailer between places so no lost of time because of bad weather 🤪. It’s been about 3 months now I haven’t touch the computer 🖥️ to edit something . I am bit rusted 🥴 2 years ago we did a 4 days trip in Chute-à-Blondeau in Ontario the city of my ancestors, the land that they have grown up was flooded and they were expropriated in the early 60’s from the construction of Carillon hydroelectric dam . I had made at the time a lot of filming of the area and didn’t did nothing yet with it …so I am working on this now and will be sharing it soon , it won’t be a video that will interest people on KZbin it will be for our own and families but I will be sharing it at large anyway. It will be in french and don’t know if the translation from KZbin will work ? This summer we have plan a 12 days trip near Kamouraska with our camping trailer and will be enjoying the area and also the sunsets that are stunning on the St-Lawrence river with the Charlevoix mountains in the afar. The expense of traveling has increased a lot since the past year’s and so many things also , like now you need to do reservations on line in the National Parks in the States . Camping fees as gone up also well everything has 🥴 Cost of living has gone up faster than our incomes as we have retired. So we will see next year what we will decide to do . We do not want to back on the working market that’s for sure 🤪 We will probably never do another road trip like the one we did even if we could afford it…to many things have change. We will remember it till the end of our life’s for sure . I'm sad that the adventure has ended, I'm sure there will be another one after a well deserved break. Hélène is doing very well and can walk about 2 km now without no pain . She started with a private physiotherapist to get even better also . Richard sur KZbin…🤪 Merci beaucoup Richard et Nicole 👩‍❤️‍👨 Marqué aussi dans la vie des grands enfants que nous sommes !😂 Je prend une pause de KZbin…j’en ai de besoin après 4.5 ans de partage avec des fois 2 vidéos par semaine , 182 vidéos juste de ce road trip à part ceux que nous avons fait en Gaspésie et au Québec . Hélène vas super bien elle marche des 2 km maintenant c’est incroyable! On essaye de marcher 2 fois par jour et de plus elle fait des exercices 2 fois par jour aussi . Elle a fini sont suivi avec la physiothérapeute du suivi de l’hôpital mais elle veut aller plus loin encore …elle c’est inscrit au privé dans un centre de physiothérapie pour augmenter sa force dans ses jambes ( cuisses ). Congratulations! That was an amazing trip! Thank you for all the hard work editing all that footage down and creating these videos. I hope to see more of your travels in the future! Suggestions- If you're not too tired already lol. But maybe a listing of your top parks / favorite memories, most repeatable locations, hidden gems, BIGGEST MISTAKES to avoid / unexpected problems, Tips for others. You are such a wealth of knowledge from the experience you've gained on this amazing trip. PS- Thanks for your help on what to do for taking dash video. I did order a mount and used my GoPro, however I still haven't gotten to reviewing it on my PC. I'm glad I got one with a tether...first time I mounted it the thing fell off when I closed the door lol! After that I always cleaned the window and wet the surface a little before suctioning it down and it held great.

@@luvwestern Yes this part of USA is so lovely but quite far like you say …who knows!😉👍 Thanks for watching our 2020 road trip in Quebec , that summer was the covid so it was quite special …we could travel in Quebec but we couldn’t travel into New Brunswick and Nova Scotia which we had planned and had to cancel our campground’s . The next day that I had finished all my reservation the covid was declared 🥴 I also had a drone fort the first time that summer and did some great videos during that trip . Tu remercies tes abonnés mais c'est nous qui te remercions de nous avoir fait rêvé car ces milliers de kilomètres parcourus au Canada et USA dans des paysages d'une grande beauté nous ont émerveillés , mais il faut dire Serge que tu as vraiment l'œil pour filmer ces superbes paysages et les mettre en valeur car tes montages vidéos mettent vraiment la beauté des différentes régions ou états que vous avez traversés , mais en plus cela se regarde comme un documentaire et ce qui est impressionnant c'est la présentation de tes films d'ailleurs je te l'ai déjà dit Serge tu es dans la présentation un tour opérateur !!!! rien ne manque, les explications , la musique , et surtout pour toi cela représente une somme de travail considérable au niveau du montage , le choix des images de la musique et de tes commentaires avec la délicatesse et la gentillesse de les mettre dans les deux langues Français et Anglais ,tu nous as offert 84 jours de bonheur et les fidèles qui te suivent attendaient avec impatiente tes vidéos, il suffit de voir les commentaires de ceux ci tu peux être fier Serge et je sais que tu continueras car tu prépares d'autres voyages à commencer par ton beau pays , une autre chose qui est très plaisante c'est vous deux vous reflétez un vrai bonheur c'est bien agréable .Nicole et moi nous sommes heureux de vous avoir comme amis Québécois . Votre retour dans votre beau pays avec votre Famille qui vous attendait est émouvant . @@SergeCousineau Comment te dire que se que tu dit me touche énormément , pour moi il ne s'agit pas d'être faussement modeste mais je ne suis pas pour grand chose dans ta manière de filmer c'est toi qui est doué car tout dans tes montages représente une somme de travail impressionnant moi je n'ai pas la même rigueur par exemple, tes génériques , tes explications , tes musiques font toute la différence c'est du COUSINEAU et rien d'autre 👍👍📽📽 , pour le visionnage de tes vidéos ils nous est arrivé de les regarder plusieurs fois et comme je te l'est dit tu devrait les remettre de temps en temps . Pour le projet de repartir au USA oui éventuellement je te ferais des suggestions sur des endroits ou vous n'êtes pas allé , mais les USA sont tellement grand comme ton pays qu'il est difficile de tout voir .Je pense qu'il est plus intéressant de partir de mi avril /mai /juin , car si vous faites le nouveau Mexique , l'Arizona etc vous avez la floraison des Cactus mais mi septembre / octobre est superbe avec ses couleurs automnales ,mais vous connaissez cette saison Nous sommes heureux qu' Hélène soit bionique elle va pouvoir partir pour MARS !!!!🥰🥰🤣🤣😂😂😜😜 Nicole et moi vous souhaitons un bon Dimanche et vous faisons pleins de bises merci encore pour tes bon mots 😘😘😍😍💕💕.

@@MichelDenisBellemare C’est pas drôle ce COVID …nous nous avons été très malade en février 2020 je revenais de faire du ski à Whistler et j’avais passé par Vancouver, nous avons toujours crue l’avoir eu car nous n’avions jamais été si malade que ça de notre vie . Le COVID commençait seulement à être officiellement diagnostiqué. Puis nous avons eu tous les vaccins et malgré ça nous l’avons eu encore en Décembre 2022 . Mais je vois que toi c’était plus sérieux que nous , bon rétablissement mon ami 😉👍

Avec l’opération d’Hélène je n’avais rien planifié…deux semaines après son opération nous avons décidé de retourner au camping de la Rivière Ouelle , mais rien n’était disponible avant la fin août nous avons donc réservé 12 jours .
