super muy bien, la mezcla de policarbonato y hoja de plástico, muy interesante no usar anclajes al suelo, solo clavar tubería, me parece un trabajo impecable, gracias chicos

Love the video. You guys are clearly skilled at what you do. Would love to see a slowed down version of the roll up install. Why didn't you frame the greenhouse base with wood for extra insulation?
@tunnelvisionhoops Жыл бұрын
We actually DO have a roll-up tutorial video showing this exact structures' roll-up side's being installed - you can check it out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWjdf55qer17l8U You can also check out our general roll-up side "how-to" video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5qWlpiGrMmjr68 As for the question on why we didn't use any lumber around the base, there are a few. First, I do not think the additional incremental insulative impact of lumber baseboards would be worth it. As in, for the amount of insulation that lumber could have supplied, I didn't think it was worth abandoning the metal baseboards, which won't ever rot out like wood does. Thanks for watching!

What are the 4 panels of plastic sheeting installed on the ends of the sidewalls called, and why are they needed?
@tunnelvisionhoops2 жыл бұрын
Good question! They help prevent wind from scooting into the structure at each corner when your roll-up sides are down... they prevent you from having to ACTUALLY wire in the spring wire at the corners. This is great during the fall and spring when you use your sides a lot. We actually have a video on these panels of plastic you should definitely check out; here is that video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5fWqZevltSKoM0

Why did you put a square of plastic in the bottom corners of the greenhouse?

Good question! We actually have an short video on those Corner Wind Panels, which you can check out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5fWqZevltSKoM0 If you still have questions after watching that video, just let me know.

What would it cost to have this installed in New York? Great video!
@tunnelvisionhoops Жыл бұрын
Hi Penny, thanks for watching. The structure shown in the video can vary in price depending on what features you select for the final set-up (there are inter-changeable features as you may have guessed). That said, the price range at the time of writing this for a FULL PACKAGE DIY, kit like the one seen in this video, would fall somewhere between $3500 and $5800 before shipping. If you want a line item quote, feel free to send us an email to info(at)tunnelvisionhoops(dot)com, with your desired length and a zip code, and we can send a full quote with a shipping estimate. Thanks for watching!
