Japan and SK are not states of US, have u failed school? When was Japan and SK ever turned into an American state? Japan and South Korea are both independent and sovereign countries that let US troops and bases to continue to stay even after gaining back independence and sovereignty. US is an employee of Japan, SK and is their guest. If these countries wish, they will kick out all US bases and troops with a snap of a finger as it’s their territory. Also mind u, America cannot use the bases without permission. Japan and SK American states? U wish, but that wish will never come true. Nice dream
