For making the older federal light bars here's another trick I do go to a floral shop and ask the clerk for a couple gift card holders they can be cut to size and length and decorated in whatever design you wish

Here's a suggestion for light bars purchase a package of the smallest zip ties and trim them to size and use red acrylic hobby paint or permanent markers to color your light to your specific color or desgn

You should have used sikus airbus helicopter 1/64 or 1/87 helis they are much larger and appropriate to scale of your vehicles
