Honestly, the BFG is a crutch for players new to sniping. Great vid, Steven. Also, use my Mac 10. This is not a no recoil setup.

I 100% agree about the BFG being a crutch for new players, HOWEVER, I think this is a great thing because it lets newer players get used to the concept of drop off and gives a more "traditional" video game sniping kinda experience, and later on, they'll pick up other stuff and use it. You rarely see high level players with the BFG, since they always move on to things like the M1903, and the Scout, as evil as it is.

Going for trick shots is only way to not be kicked with bfg, you gotta lay down on the edge of the map preferably also headglitching and then it's near guaranteed to be kicked, that highway map is good for it since you can go so far out on the side and have a small hill so you just headglitch all the time

@@BlackoutGootraxian the ballistics tracker gives you a general idea of where to aim to hit headshot, not like you need to hit a headshot with a BFG anyway lol, a body shot should still one shot a player

@@HyperRedux-YT Yes i know what a ballistics tracker does, but why would you put it on a bfg? The muzzle velocity is so high its pretty much hitscan unless you are shooting across the entire map. But even then you can get the heavy barrel and .416 to make the gun hitscan (plus give it like 17 stud penetration lol) so the tracker is kinda useless.

Bfg is the only decent low rank sniper after the intervention which is a 65 rank difference, the next good sniper is unlocked at rank 150 which is the hecate. Hopefully the newer leaked sniper will be lower ranked

@@catmist4651 first off I said sniper, not snipers which are marksmen/dmrs. Snipers as in one where you use it to hit longshots. R700 is A TRASH SNIPER but a okayish marksmen, intervention's range drop off hitting 92 is also saddening, but BFG can still consistently do 1 shot torso until you get the Hecate which is a mag fed version. Phantom forces tries to be realistic but kids out here using "snipers" which are marksmen not real snipers. You were "COOKING" SO HARD THAT YOU DIDN'T REALISE MARKSMEN AND SNIPERS AREN'T THE SAME! The devs should separate marksmen from snipers If you didn't understand what I just said let me clarify, marksmen would be guns like the Mosin and snipers would be something like the BFG, so figure the rest. Snipers aren't known for their mobility but marksmen aren't that immobile Also talk all you want, yes I will use BFG and camp hallways hitting every shot I can and ONE SHOTTING THEM AS WELL, try that on your styer with a 2x magnification 😂. If I had to "press keys" I'd be using a DMR or a shotgun like the Spas 12/remington 870 or TCR/SSR

If you want to use the movement tech to its fullest potential, set up a macro for the keybind and spam it whenever you get close to an object on which it works while running towards it You won't even need timing anymore... and maybe if you want to get kicked even more, pretend to be an absolute noob that has zero movement (just botwalk etc) except you hit every shot

Surprisingly, people stopped hating the AA-12. I don’t remember anything really changing about it, but now everyone (in my experience) complains about the Saiga-12, and I don’t know why. It’s a mid-level unlock, semi-auto, mag-fed 12 gauge. It’s a different DBV, and no one complains about that.
