Great tour! For a minute I thought you weren't going to drive down Elm Street until I saw it at the end lol. You must have driven there on a early Sunday morning because there aren't many people on the streets. Typically early Sunday morning and even really early Saturday morning there are very few pedestrians.

Believe it or not, it was a Tuesday! Fairly early, though, around 8 or 9 am. Downtown foot traffic has changed a lot since COVID, sadly.

Being totally honest, as a resident of Greensboro and downtown, they are definitely there. They actually had to tear down the old News and Record building because homeless people were breaking in camping inside. The murder of a homeless person took place in that building. They hang out at center city park as well
