This was my daughter's first concert. She was 7 weeks old. The visit was complete with watching both bands with cute little ear muffs on of course, diaper changes down in the Hall of Fame (while watching on the big screen) and breastfeeding at the Ship Rock tables overlooking the hills and mule deer behind the venue.

first? wow. On a serious note, what an opportunity for Billy to make a song with these lyrics. Even crazy Bill had them to give in the first place haha

@@andyshep2576 Bill Kreutzmann gave these lyrics to Billy. Robert Hunter of Grateful Dead writing fame wrote these lyrics before he passed away and were gifted to Billy Strings by Bill Kreutzmann (Grateful Dead drummer) to make a modern rendition of a Hunter song. Hope this makes sense.

Three straight or was it four in a row new favorite songs. If you are just discovering this guy check out what he does with Bob Dylan’s nearly unwatchable, “It Don’t Matter It’s All Right” at 16 with nothing more than an acoustic guitar, which if you have ever tried to learn it becomes even more magical. I love the drug fueled backstory and the authenticity it brings to the table. That and the promise of great music still to come having overcome all that also “gives me chills.” Quoting quite a few of the comments to follow. I just feel bad for Greenky’s manager. Number one mistake you can make is letting your opening band blow you away. That’s just my opinion. He knew he was in trouble when he saw the Deadlike following of fat-chicks coming across the country in rundown VW busses. I may join them if the Explorer makes it out Of AAMCO on it’s feet. It will, best transmission shop in the world San Rafael CA (promised plug).
