Super Hots are great for making Powder. I eat every pepper I grow. The Carolina reaper and Trinidad Scorpions butch t's are hot, A little too hot for just eating raw. I found that the Fatalii is the perfect limit for me. Good citrusy flavor. Manzano's are great and produce large amounts of peppers. I had one plant last 10 years but after three years the output of peppers slowed down. I love growing Peppers. This was a great video. I like the different types of peppers at my local Green thumb nursery

Awesome feedback and I love the suggestions! I might just be daring enough to try the carolina reaper / trinidad scorpion in a powder form! Love the bit about your Manzano's, love them as well!

I'm embarrassed to admit that I thought that all colors of Bell Peppers came from the same plant, but were picked at various color stages ... I bought 2 green Bell Pepper plants that I thought would grow yellow, orange, or red ... Back to Green Thumb!!

Your initial opinion of bell peppers is correct. Green bell peppers will ripen, usually to red.
