Damm rookies. I was 13 and did lots of felony crimes, but I only got arrested for loitering and prowling my whole life. I am 19 now and am doing way better then before, now I look back at it and yea it was pretty stupid hitting licks and trying to fit in with everyone living that "lifestyle".

@@kyle896 That sounds like a good plan on paper but I doubt there are many landscaping companies in the area making money off these areas. Nobody has the money to hire a land scaper down there. If they gonna cut their lawn they're gonna do it themselves lol. You'd have to move out of the area or travel a bit to find even a half decent job. To do that you need a steady ride or a set of wheels, that might put you in debt - where's the down payment coming from when you're not educated or trained ? It's easy to sit from where you are and judge those living in poverty; making plans etc. but the truth is you don't know what it's like.

Hyper Sniper was always a man of nuance and equity when I knew him. Oftentimes I would find myself unfairly critiquing my ops, but he would always encourage me to see it another way - see life from their perspective as well for a more balanced and holistic outlook at situations of conflict. Damn. I was born in Greenville Mississippi. I left when I was 7 years old, and I'm 44 years old now and have never gone back. I was a little kid when I left, but this is definitely not the Mississippi that I remember. All these years I have been thinking about going back to visit because that's where my father's part of the family was from, but this looks as bad as Gary Indiana where I spent most of my life or Indianapolis Indiana where I live now. This looks like a little Chicago ghetto. As a black man I have to say I hate drug dealers and gangbangers who destroy neighborhoods and communities like this.

Now, this might go over the average viewer's head as this, THIS, is peak comedy. I doubt anything will ever be as funny as the joke about Sneed's Feed & Seed. Are you ready for this one? So, like I said, the place is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed" and this sign says "Formerly Chuck's", which means that when Chuck owned the place, well, I don't have to tell you...

Anybody from Greenville, MS knows that Clay Street is the 2nd most dangerous hood in the city. Nelson Street on the 900 block is number 1. Your life don't mean shit to the streets here. The Mississippi Delta is the poorest area in the entire country. Poor is relative to the location. New York, California, Texas, and any other big city that's poor doesn't compare to what being poor means in Greenville, MS. No bullshit.

I was wondering if anyone else would word it like that, the comparison of "poor" between other states/cities compared to a place like this. That was brilliant! Very well said. 👍 The struggle is real.I wish one day our black and brown people will rise above all this nonsense and stop letting themselves stay trapped in this grime. Greetings from Mexico

When I was 7 years old my family moved from an all white neighborhood In Alabama to Greenville Mississippi for my dad's work. My big brother was 14. He went to school and came home crying saying that the black kids all threatened his life and told him not to come back. They stole everything he had took with him to school including his Jordans. My parents never sent him back and put him in private school until we went back to Alabama 10 months later. This place is a nightmare for the youth. You won't ever catch me back in Greenville. As small kids my younger brother and I had no problems whatsoever

Sad is hell, I grew up in greenville mississippi and back in the 70"s it was a good life for kids. Early 80" things started to go down hill. Mom moved us all out to California. The last time I stepped foot in the town was 1990 to transport and bury my mother. I will never go back to this third world state. These young men in the video do not represent the true Mississippi.

Looks like a rough but relatively close-knitted community. If you want a 10/10 ghetto and misery combination you have to go outside of the country. Might want to try my hometown of Matamoros, Tamaulipas - it's a 10-minute drive from the South Texas border and you can cross with just your driver's license. Reynosa, Nuevo Progreso, and Ciudad Mier are also worthy of mention. Drive through some of the outer "colonias" towards Sendero or Highway 101 and Highway 2. Those places make most if not all the U.S. hoods look middle class in comparison. No SNAP, no WIC, no unemployment benefits - see how people act when they have nothing to live for. Might want to downgrade to an older vehicle as well to avoid any unwanted attention.

I’m from Greenville Mississippi & what you see is nothing. It’s plenty of good, hard working people in my city. Honestly these dudes couldn’t tell you nothing about Greenville because they’re limited to the block that they stay on for now. They’re all up in the camera tryna act hard & play tough for no reason. I don’t mean to down anybody man but my city is so much better than this. I know because I lived on every side of town growing up. From the different hoods to different “suburbs”. The real OGs are either dead, in jail for life or they’ve moved on to real life problems because they grew up instead of tryna be “hood” for the rest of their lives. To me it looks like you found a bunch of guys with no plan that don’t even know themselves yet. They’re still figuring it out & that’s okay. I just pray that they find that light out of the darkness that they’ve found comfort in for right now. They deserve better after living in the hell hole that we come from as a result of the hardship aftermath that our ancestors experienced . I don’t live in Mississippi anymore but I’m wishing Love, peace, happiness & progression for those who are still there.
