surprised GWR didn't get bought out by waste connections 🤣 Pretty unique operation; it kinda feels like what companies do in illinois. Are all residents going to get green carts? Or do they have them already (idk because i rarely go out to san jose)

carts are subscription based, there was a pilot program years ago to roll out green carts to all residents in one neighborhood and they all preferred piled collection
