The City of Tulsa need to pay in some form of compensation. Programmes to help and actually give back in some way of physical form, even if it has been nearly 100 years ago. Their community, their quality of life is still being affected due to the City's inaction and even participation in the massacre.

To voice or write a response of justice would be easy to pour out what I think any person seeking justice would do. Just as Adam condemned the world in sin. A people whom God promise the opposite blessing of Jacob. If Jacob received his in his life time, Esau will receive his in eternity. Recompense and restorations is promised to his people. Double and the penalty is also doubled for the wicked. Cain's act of hatred and jealously came with a price.
