Hi, for this camera, it produces ahd 1080P 25HZ /pal video signal by default and after cutting the white switcher cable on the camera, it will produce CVBS 30HZ/NTSC video signal, so please check if your monitor supports it. Thank you

If you have cut the white wire, please reconnect it and then reconnect to power supply, then it should work. If not work, other reasons like wrong wiring may cause the problem.
