anyone spot that sly "smoke on the water" riff slipped in at 4:14 ?!! or even his casual throwaway beatles "I feel fine" riff at 5:05 ?!!!........! this guy is just unreal. Unreal.

steve x yeah Greg is the man. Absolutely one of the best and most versatile guitarists on the planet in my opinion. Not a lot of guys around like him anymore. He's like the Bumblefoot (Ron Thal) of blues and hybrid picking.

Been playing professionally for 35 years and never bought a guitar from a mail order company. I like to see what I am buying. Took a chance last week and ordered an Ibanez AF75 from Sweetwater. I figured they would be the ONLY ones I would take a chance with since they do a 55 point inspection on their guitars. I am pleased to say the guitar was awesome! Service was awesome and they even followed up with a call! Sweetwater rocks! Give these guys a try. You'll be glad you did!

Amazing that Greg Koch sounds so similar when he talks as when he plays... full of humor and odd combinations that somehow seem to work beautifully.

Also add in a shot of Smoke on the Water and Ted Nugent's Hey Baby! 2 really great guitar players having fun. I could listen to these two for hours. And Greg cracks me up. He is like the anti Jeff Beck. He get's some weird stuff out of a guitar as well but off beat and funny. Sometimes he makes me laugh just when he does it. How does he improvise that screwy stuff that just seems to fit when he plays. Both guy are awesome. Thanks to Sw for posting this vid even though it's an ad

The latter song is a blues jam. There's stuff there I should be able to name, but I get what's going on, before it turns on the "Peter Gunn". It's the former that gets me. I recognize it. It's a great travis-picking thing. I've heard it done before. I just can't name it. Help?
