How are you supposed to land to avoid injuries?

You can coach landings fine, but really it boils down to properly training strength and mobility from the feet, ankles, knees and hip so that they work in concert and eliminate injuries that are building up due to imbalances in strength and mobility. You see Ayton succeeding right now with the Suns. I don’t see anything that’s gonna stop Oden from becoming a star. He is more mobile than Hibbert and Jefferson. Greg Oden was just much bigger than most of the players he faced in college. And even then, these highlights are misleading. He had many games where he struggled to score, in part because he was notorious for getting a lot of fouls quickly. Oden quite a few 8-point games and lots of times looked lost on the court. He had no post moves and he was very mechanical offensively.
