people miss the point with Greg. Its not HIS physique he wants you to achieve, its the will power he wants you to develop. Only through true motivation and inspiration can you reach your highest mental capabilities and as quoted, 'the body will follow'. No one will ever look like Greg the same as Greg will never look like you. His theory envelopes aspiration and this makes him GREAT. No other fitness athlete I know of today wants others not to follow them but to follow themselves.
