I think the Tren twins are probably smarter than Togi. They’re funny and aren’t trying to be smart in their videos. They’re trying to be funny and I think they’re pretty self aware. What they do works for them. Togi is self destructive and i can tell his lifestyle is leading to some severe cognitive decline

I've met them at a socal fitness expo near LA. My teenage son thinks they are funny and enjoys their videos. I totally didn't like their videos or messaging - but they got my son into fitness. They seemed like meatheads. So I took my son to meet them, and I was shocked. When they were not surrounded by people or on camera they looked like 22 year old kids who were tired. They gave me son a gift card, a cookie, a shirt and told him not to use Tren or PEDs. They told him their real diet, and told him to train smart and take care of his health.... MINDBLOWN! 🤯 I spoke to them a bit myself: literally whip smart, kind, personable, and funny. They told me their social media is mostly just show - it's a gimmick. They secretly follow a classic body building diet (low fat, high protein, low sodium, low cholesterol, low sugar, lots seafood and vegetables). They cycle, and don't use Tren the way they want people to think. Both are well read, intelligent, big Pokemon fans, nerdy, and well educated. It's a show. They do everything possible to come off unflatteringly. And in reality, they both as very insecure. It was a HUGE revelation to meet them and talk for a while and learn that these guys are big WWE fans and it's mostly a work. Then to find out ALOT of their physique was build right, with a good diet, good genetics (they are both under 5'7...I'm 5'9... they were shorter), and immense discipline. I couldn't believe they were the same dudes my son liked in those videos. Extremely nice guys.

They are not even remotely as dumb as you think. I've met them, and their meathead gym bros thing is a gimmick. They are extremely thoughtful, nerdy, kinda dorky guys in private. It's a work... they basically play exaggerated characters of them themselves and it's made them a ton of money. But under it, they are actually students of classic Body building and don't use nearly as much PEDs as they want the public to think. They are actually very health conscious and their private training isn't as extreme as what they do in the public. They have a very strict classic body building diet that's low in fat, sugar, etc - and instead fast and then carb load. They are both very short (I'm 5'9 and was two inches taller than them in shoes). They don't look nearly as shredded in person either. Just very jacked (thick) short dudes. Kind of wild to learn that these guys are big Pokemon nerds, WWE fans, and extremely knowledgeable about classic bodybuilding in the 70s and 80s. I took my son to see them because he thinks they are funny, and I went in highly disapproving of them and what I saw on social media. I honestly couldn't believe they were the same guys. They are just 22 year old kids. Awkward. Thoughtful. A bit self conscious. Funny. And very personable. But most importantly, they were quite intelligent. You can't believe everything you see on social media sadly. I still don't condone they gimmick though, as it promotes PEDs usage to Teens who think they are funny. But what I found most amazing about meeting them, was that my son asked them for Tren, and told him that he shouldn't use PEDs. They told him that they don't use Tren all the time, and what he needed was a high carb low fat diet, a proper training routine, and to give his body years to grow and fill out. They straight up told him there was no reason for him to every touch PEDs. And they then recommended that he train smart and take care of his body and healthy because he has plenty of time to grow. It's was like entering the Bizzaro world or something. So again: Don't believe everything you see online. These guys are wipsmart entrepreneurs whose business is making themselves look like the Beavis and B*tthead of young fitness.

Planet fitness is a great bargain, at least it was when i went, 20 buck a month and includes free massage chair and bed, and tanning. All they need is a hottub and it would be the only gym I'd want to go to. I dont use the tanning, but compared to the tanning salons, a membership here is a better deal for that part alone. I went there plenty of times just for the massage and cardio 😅

The Tren Twins are very personable and intelligent in person. This is their gimmick (like wrestlers). They pretend to do more stuff than they actually use, they stage many of their videos, and they WANT you to think they are dumb gym bros. It's their brand. If you fall for their manufactured outrage clickbait, your slow (or a kid). I wish they would drop the Tren Gimmick and let the world see the _real_ them - but there is too much money wrapped up in their brand. Because I agree that the gimmick is bad for young people who think they are actually the characters they play.
