This player must be shooting at least 40% from three. -The Winger: This guy loves to cross the ball in and make great passes. This player has to have averaged at least 7 assists last year. -The Midfielder: These players control the game. In basketball, rebounds often say a lot about how the game will turn out. This guy has to have averaged 10 total rebounds this past season. -The Defender: These players are amazing at stopping the other team from getting to the goal. Have you tried to do the challenge? I can tell you from my experience, Kenny makes it look easy, after the 2030 season is usually when shit starts hitting the fan and you need to do your own numbers and check shitloads of stats, also i dont know if he does or doesnt do, but setting training and mentorships was really what did it for me as well as kicking the slider of auto generated rooks quality to around 70 gets you more true life like draft classes, with each having something but never in excess or too little as you do at 50. What the slider implies is probably the chance of having a LBJ or Luka in the class with each next having a lower chance so if you have a 70% chance to have a Luka and actually get him you then have an additional 35% chance that there was another just as good a player as Luka in the draft, in real life that was Trae in Luka draft class and Wade in the LBJ class with then having about 9% chance of there beeing a third such player wich in these 2 draft classes we can say that there was a similar caliber player there in Ayton and Melo. If you put the slider to 100 you need to adjust % numbers accordingly but you will get at average (i played this challenge with diff settings for about 15 times now so this average may not be yours as well) 3 ultrastar caliber players in a 100 class 3 hall of famers and 3 superstars with a shit ton of good roleplayers and mostly, generating 1 class like that in a 10 year span refreshes the league quite nicely with young talent, i usually have 7 years set at 50, 2 at 70 (one of the 70 is the first off season to find my first franchise) and 1 at 100, doing this keeps player generation around the same level that was in the last 20 years. Also there NEVER was a rebuild session without Trae and Luka effin shit up :) either one or the other is on a tear through the league with people like Booker, Bam Giannis and Siakam after Bron is done with his rampage #)
